Welcome to Parkwood Farms Therapy Center!
Parkwood Farms Therapy Center, Inc. is a multi-discipline therapy center located in Snellville, Georgia. We offer non-traditional therapies both in a clinical setting and Therapeutic riding and Equine Assisted Activities, as our signature program. Dr. Peterson is the Special Olympics Equestrian coach for Gwinnett County and Parkwood Farms is the training facility for the team.
We also have Chiropractic services, Bio-Medical/Defeat Autism Now! Intervention, Bio-Cleanse, Far Infrared Sauna, mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT), and Nutritional counselling on-site.
Our programs provide therapies for children with special needs including autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, emotional-behavioral problems and learning disabilities. Our riders start at age 2 and there is no age limit.

Parkwood Farms is currently in need of your help! Your contributions will help us cover our operating costs, including an outstanding debt with Dr. Marilyn Peterson (who is the Founder and CEO of Parkwood Farms Therapy Center and who had purchaced the property specificly for a theraputic riding facility), stemming from back lease that we have not had adequate funds to pay and that are now needed by her post haste in order to continue to operate and serve the community.
